Incredibly well-located near the harbor. The Executive King Room featured a cozy fireplace and a luxurious two-person tub. Breakfast was excellent, with an abundance of fresh fruit, assorted breads, and local Nagasaki rice. The lighting in the room was quite dim was good.

We had such an amazing stay! The room had a cozy gas fireplace and a jacuzzi tub, making it the perfect romantic getaway. Breakfast was a delightful surprise with an incredible berry selection! I'd definitely choose this place again!

The staff was pleasant, the accommodation was unusual and clean. Location: the hotel was near to many restaurants, shops and bars, several local pubs serving food and one serving food 24 hours and bars. We could also visit George Street.

The setting was poor.

The hotel was clean, with cozy rooms. Staff was super friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a great spot downtown, this place is perfect with easy access to everything.

The only downside was that our room had a bit of street noise and the windows were frosted. Not what I'd expect from such a well-rated hotel.

The stay was great for our group trip as we explored the local attractions like the annual Regatta. The hotel was clean, with cozy rooms. The staff was welcoming, and the location was perfect for accessing everything downtown. Just a bit of street noise from our room made it a little less peaceful at times, but it didn't overshadow the fun we had.

the location was excellent for walking around george street. distance to the airport was just 0.5 miles. the breakfast was freshly prepared, we were provided with fresh fruit and also soup.

The stay was lovely with a beautiful spa tub in my cozy Queen Room and a cute breakfast setup that was easy to grab and go. Relaxing in the charming room with a nice view and enjoying unlimited tea & coffee throughout the day was just what I needed. One downside was that I couldn't plug my hair straightener in due to limited outlets, but overall it was a great experience! 😊

Location in the heart of Downtown, cannot be beat. Room was nice and complimentray breakfast was a nice start to each day.

The first room we were in was VERY noisy, directly above a bar. Staff were able to move us to a quiet room the next day.
